Saas

SaaS is a frequent topic in the technology world these days. Come learn more about this exciting way to deliver software. Terrosa Technology’s Kim Terry will talk about cloud computing and Software as a Service; defining SaaS terminology, the SaaS market place, what’s accelerating SaaS deployments, and effects on businesses’ infrastructure & data communications.

Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management Principles and Best Practices for successfully managing projects where scope is not well defined, and requirements are volatile and evolving, new technologies are used that require some research and development and hence increases risk and time to market is very critical.

1) How is Agile project management different from traditional project management?
2) Where and why would you use Agile project management. What are the benefits?
3) How to start and run a software project using Agile project management principles and practices. Here I will walk through a  case study with complete project life cycle  using agile project management methodology with emphasis on planning iterations and releases and managing change.
